As the Chief Operating Officer of Small Change Marketing Group, Terry oversees the growth and sustainability of our firm and our clients. With a strong background in writing and analytics, Terry has been involved in developing and writing programs and campaigns that resulted in over $15 million in revenue.
In addition to overseeing a majority of the firm's day to day operations, Terry was instrumental in designing and implementing the Small Change analytic used to measure the success of our work and our clients' return on investment. It has become an invaluable tool for our clients in relation to the services we offer.
Terry’s focus is always on helping clients gain the knowledge and resources necessary to build solid programs and budgets with an eye toward sustainability. At SCMG, a big part of this work includes organizational capacity building and program evaluation.
